Eric Hamilton graduated Western Illinois University with a degree in business. He began his career in the construction supply business. Eric returned to the family livestock feed manufacturing business in 1987. In 1988 Eric and his father started Midwest Grain Roasters. His father is no longer part of this business and today Eric and his wife run Midwest Grain Roasters. This business currently processes over one million bushels of soybeans per year into high quality livestock feed. In 2006 Hamilton became interested in bio-fuels and sustainable ag practices believing production agriculture will have a major role in renewable energy and biomass. Eric Hamilton can apply his ag knowledge and business experience helping farmers position themselves for fuel independence.
